We are SCOLLARE with registered address Wallingatan 40, 111-24 Stockholm, Sweden. Our company registration number is 850625-XXXX. By making a purchase from, and using, this website you have agreed to these terms of use. Please make sure that you have read and understood these terms of use when using our site. SCOLLARE may update these terms and conditions at any time.
ORDERS
Orders placed at scollare.com are only for private use and are not intended for further resale. As the last step before your purchase, you will see a summary of your order. You should check that this summary is according to your wish before finally agreeing to the terms and conditions. SCOLLARE reserves the right that products are subject to availability and that items might be out of stock. SCOLLARE shall not be held liable in case of the unavailability of products. All efforts are made to ensure that the pictures and the presentation of the garments correspond to the original products. Please note that the physical garment might differ from the digital photographs displayed on the website. SCOLLARE has the right to cancel any order placed by a customer if SCOLLARE suspects a violation of these Terms & Conditions or if the customer has proven to cause damage to the brand and/or the company SCOLLARE.
PAYMENT & PRICING
The prices displayed are inclusive of taxes within the European Union. Orders delivered outside the European Union may incur import duties and taxes. These charges vary from country to country. As you will be responsible for any charges we kindly recommend you check with your local customs office for further information. Please note that shipping costs are not included in the displayed price, this will be added in the checkout process. Shipping costs are based on your selected location and on the value of your order total.
SCOLLARE reserves the right to change the price of any items on the website at any time. SCOLLARE securely accepts PayPal, VISA, Mastercard, and American Express. All credit card information is handled by Stripe using SSL and state-of-the-art encryption which ensures high safety and unauthorized access.
SHIPPING
Delivery times displayed on the website are an estimate and we do our very best to achieve these, but times can differ depending on conditions that are out of the control of SCOLLARE and for which we do not claim responsibility. Estimated delivery time: 4-7 business days.
Please contact info@scollare.com at any time if a delivery date has passed the estimated delivery time, and we will help you resolve the issue. If you for any reason have received a damaged product or an item that does not correspond to your original purchase, please contact us as soon as possible from the date of received delivery. We will of course arrange a free return for you. We do not take responsibility for items that are lost during the return delivery.
RETURNS
We don't accept returns of MTO (made to order) products. Other scollare.com orders can be returned for any reason within 14 days of the delivery date if return is possible. Please note that we only accept returns if the products are in the same shape and condition as when you received them and in their original packaging. To clarify, that means the garment must not have been worn or used. We charge a 20€ dry cleaning fee for products returned with an odor from perfume, smoke, or else, that can't be sold in the current condition. Please try our garments in a clean and smell-free area to avoid this.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
- Made to order (MTO or GMTO) or personalized items
- Deposits
- Pre-order fees
- Crowdfunders
We cannot accept returns or refunds on any made to order item. Note that any stated MTO delivery times are estimates - we will not refund your deposit because of delays. We will only refund a deposit in case of the manufacturer being unable to fulfill the order.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We do not accept responsibility for products lost during the return delivery. After your return is received we will evaluate your order. If your return is approved, we will refund the order value to the original payment method. Please allow 3-8 bank days for the refund to reflect on your account.
SCOLLARE does not cover shipping costs for returns.
If you have received an imperfect product please contact our customer relations team within 24 hours of receiving your delivery and we will arrange a free return and exchange for you.
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
For all unclaimed packages, you will be debited all fees in connection with both delivery and the return delivery, including any taxes and duties.
REPEATED RETURNS
We monitor the number of returns made by customers and reserve the right to refuse future orders that we believe are in breach of our terms and conditions.
