All international orders are shipped with FedEX. Orders delivered outside the European Union & Norway are not inclusive of VAT and may incur import duties and taxes.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for orders delayed in transit or customs. Estimated delivery times are calculated from the moment your order has been shipped, and you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

For made-to-order products, delivery typically takes approximately 3-4 weeks. During peak sales periods, please allow up to 14 business days for processing.

Prices shown on our website for customers in the European Union & Norway are inclusive of VAT. For customers outside of the European Union & Norway, prices are shown excluding VAT. For unclaimed packages, all fees in connection with both delivery and the return delivery, including any taxes and duties, will be debited upon the handling of the return.
